I know many of you have been waiting for this moment: My home tour of my new studio apartment in Washington DC. I love home decor and interior design, so it was definitely a pleasure to be able to style a new place. It was also so much fun to be able to shop at American based shops instead of European ones: there’s so much more marble and rose gold items here! If you’re interested in seeing a peek of my apartment here in the US, then definitely keep reading!View Post
Dear Diary. It’s my birthday today. And in celebration of that, I like to write this personal note on my previous year as a 22-year old.
I feel like it is an unwritten to tell you that a lot has happened during this year. 22 was definitely a turbulent year for me. Starting with a break-up on my 22nd birthday, and ending it with me moving to a different continent to pursue the American Dream: You can safely say I’ve experienced a lot this past year. I had to fill quite some diaries to be able to process these events.View Post
Santorini is one of those places everyone wants to visit at least once in their lifetime. It is by far one of the most beautiful islands of Greece, due to its stunning nature and breathtaking sunsets. I have been fortunate enough to have been to this island twice, but the previous time is already years ago. I did not even had a blog back then, haha! In today’s blogpost I wanted to share my Santorini Travel Diary with you, and hopefully inspire you and give you some tips if you are considering going to Santorini yourself as well!View Post
Mykonos is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. Greece always had a special place in my heart being an Ancient Greek culture lover in the first place, but Mykonos made me appreciate the beauty of Greece even more. I have never been to Mykonos before, but all the beautiful pictures on Instagram definitely got me hyped. Today I am going to share all my Mykonos travel tips and hotspots I discovered. Perfect if you’re already planning a Summer holiday trip for next year. ;)View Post
A lot of you probably don’t know, but despite my many travels recently, I am definitely a home person. Moving from Groningen to Washington DC was a big step for me – probably more of a huge leap of faith. It was probably the scariest thing I’ve ever done in my life, especially because I get home sick very badly. My loft apartment in Groningen just has a special place in my heart. Even though I love my new studio apartment in Washington DC – I do miss it. That’s why I wanted to dedicate this blogpost to my loft apartment home tour in Groningen, because I’ve never really written anything about it on my blog. The theme of my loft apartment is white, marble & rose gold, so be prepared to see a lot of that in this blogpost, haha!View Post
