Hello!
I know I said I wanted to take a lil’ break from blogging due to some personal shit that happened in my life. But here I am, back again with the blogpost that I promised you. I was going through a rough couple of days, but there’s one thing that kept me going through all of it. That’s the fact that this is my life, I control what happens in it and how I feel about myself. Nobody can’t take that away from me. I’m not going to be sad, I will do something about it. I’m going to live my life like I want it to be. Life’s too fucking short and time flies. I’m maybe not the happiest at this moment, but I’m getting there, hella quickly. Fake it till you make it you know. I’m already feeling much better than a couple days ago. I know that I deserve better than this.
I did my best at my Law & Economics exam and it went way better than I expected. I’m really proud of myself for not letting anybody get in the way of my goals. And now I’m blogging again, ’cause I freaking missed it. Tomorrow I will start studying again for Constitutional Law 2. So yeah, I’m back to being that badass Russian Lilia again, ’cause I was gone for way too long in my opinion ánd for the wrong reasons (imagine that emoji with the sassy hands for a moment, haha). Aaanyways, sorry for this long intro, but I really wanted to write this down. So today I’m going to show you all the things that I got in Thessaloniki + some random things that I’ve collected over the last month. Everything is very Spring themed, so if you wanna get some inspiration for the new season, keep reading!
BEAUTY
REAL TECHNIQUES SETTING BRUSH
Let’s talk beauty. The first thing I’m going to show you is this Real Techniques Setting Brush. You can use it for setting your under eye concealer or applying your highlighter, but I’m using it as a contour brush (a video tutorial will be up soon!). I’ve never tried a Real Techniques brush before (I love their Miracle Complexion sponge though!) so I’m excited to give this one a go.
CATRICE ULTIMATE STAY HOLLY ROSE WOOD LIP LINER & 2 IN 1 EYEBROW STYLER
Next up are some new Catrice products. The first thing is this beautiful lipliner in the colour 090 Holly Rose Wood. This is maybe my all time favourite lip liner ever. It has the perfect natural, Kylie Jenner colour going on and I’m obsessed. Read more about it here.
I also got these 2 in 1 Eyebrow Stylers. They are eyebrow razors and I’ve never had one before. They come with two razors and a eyebrow come (that I don’t care for to be honest). I really like the effect though of the razors though. They remove your hairs very easily without any pain. Definitely a good buy!
LUSH TEA TREE WATER & MOROCCANOIL GLIMMER SHINE
Even more beauty items! First of all, I got the Lush Tea Tree Water a while back. This is my second time purchasing this toner and I truly feel like it makes my pores a bit less clogged. It’s also very gentle for a product that contains tea tree oil (tea tree oil can be a stingy bitch, trust me).
My mom also gifted me this Moroccanoil Glimmer Shine shine spray. It smells delicious (just like all the other Moroccanoil products) and it promises to give your hair some shine. My hair is naturally very dry, so I love shine sprays like this one. They are pretty hard to find, so I’m glad I got my hands on this baby!
MAC EYESHADOW, LIP PENCIL, LIPSTICK, INGLOT EYE SHADOW & H&M ROSE GOLD POUCH
Now onto the beauty products that I got in Thessaloniki. It was crazy, but Greece is the only country in the world that give 25% discount on all MAC products from time to time. Like how amazing is that? Of course I had to go mental, so that’s why I bought a MAC eyeshadow in Texture, the lip pencil Whirl and the lipstick Honeylove. Inglot had also a 25% discount going on, so I also grabbed this lovely orange shade in the colour 383. Lastly, I bought this cute rose gold pouch from H&M for carrying some essentials with me in my big bag.
CLINIQUE CHUBBY STICKS SCULPTING CONTOUR & HIGHLIGHT
I also got these Clinique Chubby Sticks Sculpting Contour & Hightlight. They are two sticks, one for highlighting and one for contouring. The exact colours are 01 Curvy Contour & 01 Hefty Highlight. I heard great things these products. They also seemed so handy for travelling, so I bit the bullet and got both of them. I was kinda scared though, because the contour colour is very warm and my skin is fair with a pink undertone. Luckily, I loved the effect on me though, because it not only contours my face, but also adds a bronzey glow to my skin. The highlighter is also very pretty and has a pink undertone to it. I will do a review + demonstration with these guys soon!
CLARASONIC ACNE BRUSH HEAD, MARIO BADESCU GLYCOLIC ACID TONER & KORRES
The last beauty things that I got in Thessaloniki are skincare items. First of all, I got a new brush head for my Clarisonic. My previous brush head was just waaay too old, so I decided to buy this Acne Brush Head. I also got the Mario Badescu Glycolic Acid Toner, because people were raving about this stuff. The last thing that I got is this Korres Wild Rose skincare system. It contains the 24-hour Moisturising & Brightening Cream and the Advanced Repair Sleeping Facial. Especially the last one sounds very exciting. Korres is an all natural Greek brand. It’s pretty expensive in other countries, but in Thessaloniki there were major discounts (again). I ended up getting these two creams for €18! That shit cray cray.
FASHION
AX PARIS GRID PRINT PLAY SUIT
Now onto fashion items that I got. I bought this playsuit from Ax Paris a loooong time ago, but I never showed you it in a haul blogpost (only in this ootd). I love the grid print of it, totally goes with my minimalistic fashion sense! Definitely my new Spring favourite :).
CHOIES SCUBA SKIRT
I’m digging the scuba trend at the moment. I actually digged it for a couple years now, but do you know how hard it is to find a scuba skirt that doesn’t look ridiculous on a petite body shape? No? Well, I’m telling you, I’m sooooooo happy that I found this scuba skirt from Choies. It makes all my other skaterskirts chill in my closet, because the only skirt that I’ve been wearing is this one! BERSHKA MAXI CARDIGAN
I was on the lookout for a perfect maxi cardigan for ages. When it comes to maxi cardigans, it’s also really hard to find the perfect flattering length for a petite girl like me. I’m glad I find this one from Bershka, because it hits me exactley at the right spot. I usually don’t like cardigans with pockets, but for this one I wanted to make an exception!
ZARA BASIC BLACK TEE
I don’t know if you’ve noticed this, but lately I’ve been more into basics. That’s why I wanted a nice, comfy black tee to add to my collection. I love this one from Zara, because it’s slouchy, but not too oversized. It’s just a very nice item to have in your closet, because you can pair it with everything!
ZARA TRIANGL LOOK A LIKE BIKINI
Well, if this isn’t an amazing look a like Triangl bikini, I don’t know what is. I got it at Zara when I was in Thessaloniki. I didn’t try it on, because I wasn’t in the mood, so I just bought it and hoped for the best. Luckily it looks fucking awesome on, it fits me perfectly! I always wanted a Triangl bikini, but I think they’re just too expensive. This one from Zara is a great quality alternative to a real, very pricey Triangl bikini!
SHOES & ACCESSORIES
ZARA GRID LACE UP HEELS
How goooorg are these heels right? When I saw these beauties online, I had to immediately order them. I think they are very different to every heel I’ve ever seen before. I love the lace up detailing and the grid pattern effect. And how amazing will they look with my grid playsuit?!
EBAY FLUFFY KEY CHAIN
A lil’ bit of a gimmicky item, but fortunately it was very cheap: this fluffy, fake fur key chain. I got it from Ebay and I think it adds just a lil’ bit of cuteness to every bag! And it’s soooo soft, haha!

You got so many great things, I love haul posts! I love everything from Moroccan Oil but I haven’t tried this shine spray! The smell of their products is so addictive! This RT brush is my favorite one, I use it for highlighting! And those Clinique chubby sticks are on my wishlist too, especially the highlighting one.
