For the Christmas holidays, I went to see my family in Russia. I thought it would be also cool to show you what I wore in Russia. Unfortunately it wasn’t snowing, so I didn’t have a white Christmas. I was kinda happy about it though, because it meant that I didn’t have to worry too much about the cold. It was a bit colder than in Holland, but still very duable in my opinion. Anyways, this outfit is very appropriate for all the people that experiencing a cold Winter at the moment. And it’s all black, which is always good, haha.
My family lives in a small town called Pushchino that’s near Moscow. I had the best childhood ever there, because it’s actually located near a nature conservation area. I used to come there every Summer and play in the woods, pick my own berries and swim in the river. I was a real nature kid there. After years passed by, my friends all moved to the bigger cities for their studies, so I didn’t really feel like coming anymore. It’s nice for me to be back there around the Christmas time. Even though it wasn’t warm enough to just chill in the forest, it was still very pretty. Instead of pictures in the forest, I choose this very edgy wall as my backdrop. I think it makes the pictures look urban and super badass (which totally matches my persona of course). By the way, I’m also wearing my new Brandy Melville sweater here that I got when I had a shopping day in Amsterdam with Josie. I actually didn’t own a black sweater (!), so I’m really happy to add this baby to my wardrobe. I’m also rocking my new over the knee boots from Sacha that I’m in love with.
