I can't believe how time flies. The first two months of 2018 are already almost over. Looking back, I do realize how packed this period was for me, including my return to NYC after more than a year. And no, I'm not only talking about all the outfits I brought with me in my suitcase. My trip to NYC was hectic, hysteric, and extremely inspiring. However, today I will be talking about what I wore during my trip in New York City, because I definitely made some great ootd pics there!
How cute is this white frenchie and her sweater? Her name was Beyoncé and she definitely looked as pretty and powerful as her. ;)
The weather has been still crazy cold in New York, so I had to really layer in order to stay warm. I wore one of my aviator jackets from Asos I got 2 Winters ago. One of my favorite things about it is the fact that it has rose gold - it's so hard to find a coat with rose gold hardware! To add even more warmth, I decided to go for a white turtleneck from River Island, and my super cozy and stylish woolen scarf from Acne Studios. I already own a grey and a light pink one, but this black one was a very welcome addition to my collection! Because it was still quite a sunny day, I also popped on my Gentle Monster sunnies. Furthermore, I wore my new favorite pair of mom jeans from Monki. Last but not least, I decided to add some more rose gold goodness to my look with my rose gold Alexander Wang boots and new Alexander Wang bag.
I hope you liked seeing my first what I wore in NYC outfit. There are 2 others coming your way as well, so stay tuned for that! By the way, I am not sure if you saw something different when it comes to my jewelry, but I actually got a new piercing that day as well! I always get my ears pierced at New York Adorned, because they have the prettiest jewelry. I went for this flat helix piercing and added a rose gold stud with opal - so pretty! I also changed up my other piercings I already had, because most of them were not real rose gold, but some cheap crap, lol. Now I have piercings that are super pretty and durable. I never really switch up my ear candy, so I think this was a great investment!
