My 3 Day Detox Experience with SapVersSpring time asks for detoxing. Detox your life from your Winter clothes, bad people, but first and foremost from toxins in your body. That’s why I decided to jump on the detox band wagon and try it out myself. I teamed up with SapVers for a 3 day detox and in this blogpost I’m going to share my experiences with you. How did it go? Did I manage to keep it up? How were the juices? Would I recommend it to you guys? Before I started with this detox, I was pretty scared. I heard a lot of people saying detoxing was really hard and that they couldn’t finish it. Still, I had a good feeling about it. So what did have to do exactly? The 3 day detox from SapVers starts already 2 days before. You have to prepare your body with eating food that’s easy to digest. You don’t have to do your own research: Sandra from SapVers sends you a cute lil’ magazine with the explanation + she emails you every day with some extra tips and tricks. This step was fairly easy to me – apparently my usual diet is already very easy to digest, because most of the things I had to eat were things I ate on a regular basis.

After that the real detox began. What can I say: it was definitely not as hard as I expected it to be. You had to drink 2 big juices, 2 small snack juices and in the evening you had the option to eat a warm soup – this definitely kept me full and gave me the feeling I was really ‘eating’ again. I missed chewing on things sometimes, but I wasn’t hungry or something. I also didn’t feel very tired or slow, but I did notice I wasn’t really in a work out mood, so I skipped it. I’m a picky eater, but I liked all the juices from the first and second day (I didn’t really like 2 juices on the last day, Friday, but that’s just personal preference I guess).

After the detox SapVers also sends you an after-detox-programme, filled with recipes for what you can eat the days after your detox. Honestly, I didn’t really follow all these recipes, especially because I wasn’t feeling that well mentally, and I needed some comfort food. I do want to try the recipes out later tho, so I’m keeping the booklet!

Now talking about the result: I didn’t weigh myself before hand (honestly, I don’t weigh myself at all), but I did feel ‘lighter’ and less bloated after the detox. My sweet tooth was also not as prominent as usual and I felt pretty great! Don’t expect shocking results on the outside, but I definitely felt good on the inside!

Well, I definitely had a great experience with my first 3 day detox using SapVers products. I’m not sure if I’m just ‘lucky’ with the way my body reacted to the detox, or if SapVers juices are just better quality. SapVers delivers the juices every morning the day you have to start juicing – so you know you’re only getting the best of the best. Sandra is also very helpful, and you can always contact her if you have any questions whatsoever. So yeah, I recommend trying this 3 day detox from SapVers out if it’s something you want to do. Either way, I’m happy I can eat normal food again tho, haha.
