Washington DC is well-known for its beautiful cherry blossom or sakura season. Every year, during the end of April until the beginning of May, the whole city is filled with blooming white and pink cherry blossoms. Since I moved to DC only last August, this was my first time experiencing the cherry blossom season - and it did not disappoint. Aside from enjoying nature's beauty, I also wanted to shoot one of my current favorite outfits for my blog, featuring my well-known wrap blouse bodysuit.

For this look, I am wearing my beloved wrap blouse bodysuit from Zara. It has been no secret that I've been obsessing over this clothing item ever since I got it. What I love most about it, is the fact that it is very flattering on my pear bodyshape, and looks good with anything. It's perfect to wear during the day - casual with a pair of blue denim mom jeans, or more dressed up with a pair of cigarette pants - or during the night - pairing it with a mini skirt and some strappy heeled sandals. I loved this wrap blouse bodysuit so much, that I even decided to break my "don't buy the same item in different colors, cause you always end up wearing only one"-rule, and purchased it in black as well. I paired this blouse with a highwaisted skinny from Monki, and my super comfy strappy heels from New Look. For accessories, I added my Alexander Wang Rockie Bag for a touch of edge, my Gucci belt, and rose gold Michael Kors watch.

I am super happy with how these pictures turned out. Cherry blossom season is by far the most beautiful time of the year to visit DC, so if you have been thinking about visiting the Capitol, I would highly suggest coming during this time. Although the cherry blossoms are blooming pretty much everywhere, I love finding the perfect hidden spots in my city in order to create the best possible content for you guys.
