Fall. It’s my favourite fucking season of the year. Not only am I obsessed with (early) Fall fashion, I also love going for a ride on my pennyboard or cuddling up with some hot coco when it’s not that great outside. Yeah, I adore Fall. But the thing that I love most about Fall is the fact that I have a good reason to spend some time shopping. A new season asks for a new wardrobe right? That’s why I did some damage lately (no shame, no shame) and today I’m going to show you the first part: my new shoes for Fall. Hope you enjoy!
pistol ankle booties
Let’s start off with a classic. If you know me, you know that I’m a minimal fangirl, for sure. I feel the most like myself whenever I’m wearing a monochrome, minimalistic yet edgy outfit. The key to creating that look is to always search for unique, yet timeless pieces, such as these pistol booties. What I love about ankle booties is that they have that Scandinavian fashionblogger vibe going on. Pair them with some black skinny jeans and a big oversized coat or wear them with a cute skater skirt and some thick socks; they look good with everything. And have I mentioned how comfy these bad boys are (especially if you pair them with some knitted socks)? I got them from Sacha and you can find the exact pair here. They also have a lot of other cute ankle boots (enkellaarjes for ma Dutchies!), so definitely check them out. Everybody needs a good pair of ankle booties right?!
LACE-UPS
Another big trend this Fall when it comes to shoes are lace-ups. Lace-up heels, lace-up sandals, lace-up boots… Literally everything laced up is what you want to wear this Fall, I’m telling you. I got my hands on these beautiful lace-up heels from Public Desire. And let me tell you; these babies are super, super comfy. Lately I’ve been really into heels (RIP my inner sneakerhead), so I made a deal with myself: from now on, I’m only allowed to buy comfy heels that I’m actually going to wear. No killer heels for this girl anymore. Luckily, I didn’t break my personal pact with this buy, ’cause these heels are incredibly comfy. The heel is pretty high, but very sturdy. I’ve even partied with them and I had no pain at all! Definitely check these heels out, they’re on sale now!
Statement booties
Last, but soo not least are statement booties. Although I love me a good timeless shoe, if there’s one thing I like to go all out on (despite from sunnies <3) it’s shoes. When I saw these breathtaking booties I knew I had to get them. Especially when I realized they weren’t designer, but Forever 21 (!) and they were only €20 (!!!!!). Yeah, that’s cray cray. If somebody would tell me that they were from Alexander Wang, I would go for it, let me tell you that. Anyways, although the heel seem pretty intense, they’re very comfortable to wear. They are a bit slippery when you’re walking on a ‘smooth’ floor, but besides that it’s totally fine. Unfortunately they are sold out now, but maybe they will restock in the future. Fingers crossed!
With these three pairs I got you covered shoe wise this Fall. Do you already own a (similar) pair? If not, you need to work on your wishlist giiirl ;). I’ll be living in them this whole season for sure (and okay, can’t forget about my over the knee boots and Alexander Wang booties too, but shh don’t tell!). They’re definitely the most on trend shoes at the moment. Hot stuff!
