Hello guys!
I’m a sucker for everything baby blue. I think baby blue is the colour that makes me look healthy and awake instantly. And although the weather has been amazing today here in Groningen, it’s still way too fucking crappy for the month of May. It has been raining like cray cray and I even had to wear a scarf some days! Ugh, give me Summer now pleaz! So, why not go for a baby blue coloured sweater! It’s the perfect item for the (colder) Spring days, because it’s still pastely and pretty, without being too cold. So yeah, if you wanna see how I’ve paired it, keep reading!
So, what to do when you want to look ‘Spring-ish’ without actually freezing to death? I got you covered (no pun intended, ha-ha)! The trick is sticking to lighter, pastely colours, but still wearing thick materials. Here I’m wearing a white button-up from The Sting, a camel coat from Zara, a baby blue sweater from H&M and a grid scarf from Monki. Lots of layers, but you still look pretty Spring-y!
I think this sweater looks very cool with a button-up underneath it. The whole ‘popping collar’ thing is not really my style, because it can look too preppy in my opinion. Because the sweater and the button-up are loose, it doesn’t have that preppy vibe to it. Big plus! The jeans that I’m wearing are from Bershka. They’re high waisted and super comfy. I’m actually wearing them at the moment, but they did undergo some changes tho (read: I had to rip them up, just like all my other jeans, lol).
To make this outfit a lil’ bit more edgy too, I added my beloved Adidas Superstar II sneakers. I think they look amazing with loads of different clothing items. I just think they are an essential for every girl (and guy!) that likes minimalistic fashion.
It’s actually pretty weird posting these ootd pictures, because they’re so old. This is like 2/3 months ago? I still wanted to show you them, hope you don’t mind! I hate not ‘using’ ootd pictures, because it’s always so hard for me to find people that want to photograph me, haha.
I wanted to keep this look very simple and sweet. That’s why I only wore some earrings from Brandy Melville and my daily armcandy – that’s it. Sometimes it’s nice to keep it casual, right?

I’m sooo ready for the bare legs season (although I have to start working out more for that Summer body…)! If only uni was over tho… Anyways, it’s time to start studying again (I’m actually writing this after a really nice day filled with chilling + dance class), so wish me luck, as always.
