I guess the Kylie Jenner themed blogposts keep coming, because today I have another one for ya. And a super-super-super special one if I can say so myself. Yesterday, I finally picked up my Balmain x H&M order from the post office. And oh my god you guys, the dress I ordered is one of the prettiest dresses I’ve ever seen. When I opened the package, I was just stunned for a moment. So much prettiness at once, I can’t handle. It’s true, this dress is amazing and I totally get why Kylie Jenner would choose this particular dress to rock from the Balmain x H&M collection. I also ordered the same belt as she wore + the white Balmain tee. I’m so in love with this Balmain x H&M Kylie Jenner dress, I had to show you it asap!
So yeah, if you were living under a rock: this year’s designer collab of H&M was with Balmain. Honestly, I think Balmain is an amazing designer. This collection truly feels like a ‘designer’ collection, really luxiourious and exclusive. I still can’t believe it this was actually sold at H&M. The dress is very heavy (I think around 1 or 2 kilos!) and the detailing is just perfection. I also really like the way this belt makes my body look. And the dark green colour is also stunning. Kylie Jenner wore this dress exactly the same way (same dress, belt and thigh high boots) and I think this is the perfect way to style it!
When I got this dress, I immediately knew for which occasion I should wear it: my bachelor graduation. It would definitely be a statement and something out of the box – pretty much how I like to live my life, haha. I took these photos at the same spot all the graduates take their photo, just so I would definitely have that memory – kind of – in this dress. And of course, the stairs are just stunning with this outfit.

I’m so curious what you think babes! Honestly, I think the Balmain x H&M wasn’t overpriced. The detailing and quality of this piece is amazing and although my wallet is crying at the moment, I think it’s totally worth the beauty. I’m thinking about selling this dress though, only because people are selling it for ridiculously high prices that I can’t ignore. So yeah, stil debating if I’m going to sell this beauty or nah. Luckily I’ll always have these stunning pictures to remind me of its amazingness. <3

In a way, it would be great to keep it, since you were lucky enough to get it (I know everything was sold out in no time, after the launch of the collection). But in the same time, if people are willing to pay so much money to have it in their wardrobe, maybe selling it would be a good idea as well 😀

De locatie kwam me al bekend voor ;). Een hele mooie plek om foto’s te maken, dat zeker! De jurk is heel bijzonder en wat fijn dat je eindelijk de jurk hebt gevonden die je bij je Bachelor-uitreiking gaat dragen. Dan weet ik zeker dat je opvalt tussen al die andere studenten :).

Personally, I wasn’t nuts about this collection – just too many embellishments for my taste. However, you look absolutely fantastic in that dress! Like rock ‘n roll royalty 🙂 . Good call to wear it to you graduation, perfect dress for a special occasion!

Dit is echt superfancy! Zo’n ontzettend gaaf jurkje en de locatie past er ook perfect bij! Helaas is alles uitverkocht online, maar goed. Beter voor m’n portemonnee denk ik ook :’)
