Me and my desk/office have been inseparable besties these last couple of days. I spend most of my time at my desk studying, blogging or eating (yeah it’s my dinertable too, but shhh, don’t tell!). I always want my desk to be a clean, neat and inspiring. That’s why I always make sure it’s tidy and I change up my home decor quite often too. This way I stay motivated and inspired working in my little office. I thought it would be nice to give you a lil’ peek, so this blogpost is going to be my desk/office tour. Hope you enjoy!
Probably the most important thing on my desk: my Apple MacBook Air 13 inch laptop. I decided to switch up my marble skin for some cute Emoji stickers, just because I was feeling something new. I have to say, I miss my marble MacBook, so maybe you’ll see it again in the near future, haha.
I’m kind of obsessed with the look of clipboards. I think they look so clean and minimal in some way! Especially with this pretty calender printable. I think it looks so nice on my desk, can’t deal! I also have my business cards on my desk. Don’t know why, but I thought it looked pretty together with the other home decor items.
To keep me inspired, I have a little mesh moodboard against the wall. I like to hang my favorite memories and quotes on it. It makes me happy to look at it and it’s easy to switch it up if I get bored! And of course, I love the way it looks in my interior.
For now I’m using my Hema Desk Planner, but I can’t wait to change it up to my very own Supplied By Lily Desk Planner I’m working on at the moment! It takes a long time though, contact with the companies I want to work with is so slow… If you want to stay up to date though, you can follow me at my new Instagram account here. 🙂
SNACKS & WATER
I always like to have some water and snacks on my desk too. I’m trying to be more healthy and having a pretty bottle filled with water helps a lot with remembering to hydrate my body. The bottle is from My Equa btw. I also have this lil’ rose gold ‘egg’ filled with unsalted nuts. I usually eat almonds and pistache, they’re my fave!
Little study update: I managed to catch up on the 3 weeks of lectures & reading that I had to do for Criminal Law 3, woohoo! So today I’m starting with the real deal: making a summery, a scheme and jurisprudence flashcards for week 1 and 2. It’s a lot of work, but I have to do this – I really want to get a good grade for this course, because I love Criminal Law. I got a 8 for Criminal Law 1, a 9 for Criminal Law 2 and hopefully a 10 for Criminal Law 3? Lol, we’ll see. Anyways, wish me luck and I will talk to you later!
DO YOU HAVE A MESSY OR CLEAN DESK MOST OF THE TIME?
