New week, new me? This Monday I’ve realized that we are almost halfway through 2017. How crazy is that, honestly? I feel like 2017 has definitely been quite the year for me. Although some amazing things have happened to me this year, I still feel like I would not call this year a ‘good’ year. I had and still have some major challenges ahead of me and it makes me feel rather anxious – while not being a naturally anxious person at all. Anyways, one of the things that keeps me going this year is constant change (pretty paradoxical isn’t it). I keep wanting to reinvent myself and find new ways to express my feelings, thoughts and mindstates. On that note, I made a rather different Law School Vlog #31 this time and also switched up my blog layout a bit. Hope you like it!
‘OKAY, BUT WHY?’
This question is always on my mind. ‘Why’ – keeps me up at night, ‘Why’ – makes me philosophize about life and ‘Why’ – lets my mind wander off to a different reality. How often do we live our lives without actually thinking about what the reasons are behind our actions? How often are we just ‘doing’ things, because that’s what is expected? How often do we just live, without actually realizing what we live for? Turn off your phone, put on a comfy tee, grab a notebook and write down your personal answer to the question ‘Why?’. Knowing the reasoning behind your actions makes you understand yourself in a better, more intimate way. It will fuel your confidence, positive energy and ambitions, because you actually know WHY you are who you are and what you are living for.
Why? – A thought of mine that I put in a short film and inspired me to create this Law School Vlog. I love creating a certain feeling or vibe through my work. And the fact that it’s cherry blossom season definitely boosts my creativity as well. Although I loved my previous header from Paris, I wanted to change things up for Spring and Summer (and because I don’t have the same long hair anymore… I still miss it). So a little blog tip for all my blogger followers is that you should try to change up your blog layout to the current and/or upcoming season if you can. Your header is the first thing people notice, so it should be attractive and current. I find it way nicer to see a Spring inspired header than a Winter-y outfit when I visit the blog during the end of April. So yeah, that’s my quick little blog tip for you guys if you’re also thinking of changing your blog layout!
WHAT’S YOUR ANSWER TO THE QUESTION: WHY?
