Hi!
How are you doing? Today I have a really fun blogpost for you. I told you before, but I actually went to the Lifesplash blogger meeting. I was kinda debating to go at first, just because I was really tired (sailing camp…) and Utrecht was kinda far away. But I felt like I had to go, because the chance that there would be another meeting soon, isn’t that big. I left freaking early (Groningen was 1,5 hours by train from Utrecht), but I had troubles. I thought I had to go to Utrecht Centraal, but I actually had to go to Utrecht Malieveld. Malieveld was even further from Groningen, so I would arrive too late. I’ve never been in Utrecht so I was kinda stressing out if I would find it. Luckily, Sabrine contacted me on Instagram and we ended up meeting at Utrecht Centraal and going together to the meeting. Of course, we were lost at the beginning, but at the end we still found it! Such an adventure, lol.
This was the whole group (except me, who took the pic, haha). All the girls were really sweet, like you ain’t even know. I did feel a bit old, because most of the girls were a bit younger, but it was still really fun!

It was so sweet, but these beautiful girls wanted to take a picture with me, because they liked my blog so much. Thankyou so much lovelies, you were all great! <3

Now onto the haul part of this post! A couple of the girls decided to go to the city centre of Utrecht in stead of leaving immediately. And of course, I had to go with them, and of course, we did some shopping. Or, actually, only me haha. I just couldn’t resist buying some make up when I saw a Douglas where they carried NYX products. I think NYX makes nice products, but I do think that there are a lot of NYX products that aren’t that great at all. You really need to try them out, so that’s why I hate buying NYX online. You can imagine that I was really excited when I was able to swatch all of the products in real life! I ended up buying 3 things. Maybe I’ll review or talk about the products in a face of the day blogpost (what would you prefer?).
The first thing is this NYX HD Photogenic Concealer in the colour CW01. I heard great things about this concealer from a lot of American Youtubers, so when I saw it, I had to try it out. Especially because the packaging looked good, but most of all, because the colour selection was amazing (for light skinned girls though). Look at how light the lightest colour is? It’s also pretty neutral, in stead of yellow based. I’m really excited for this concealer, so I’ll definitely be reviewing this baby soon!
I also got this NYX Butter lipgloss in Apple Strudel. This was a bit of a waste, because I thought it was the matte lipcream that everybody was raving about. In stead, it’s just a lipgloss. The colour is pretty though, so I will be using it, but it’s nothing amazing or something.
The last thing, and probably my fave already, is this NYX cream blush in the colour Boho Chic. This colour is just so freaking beautiful. It looks kinda peachy in the pictures, but it’s actually a really nice pink in real life. I don’t know about you, but I always find it hard to find a good pink blush, that doesn’t turn peachy on my cheeks. Of course, I love peachy blushes, but sometimes I want pink, not peach (#girlproblems)! Well guys, if you’re also struggling with this problem, go get this blush, because it’s one of the first blushes that does show up pink on my cheeks. I also love the consistency of the blush. It’s really creamy and doesn’t dry to a powdery finish like most cream blushes do. Yup, definitely recommending this blush already!

Echt een grote groep en ziet er ook leuk uit! Benieuwd naar je mening over de concealer, heb er net eentje van NYX aangeschaft dus hopelijk ben je er super tevreden mee.
