Experiencing this stunning view is probably one of the coolest things I’ve done in New York City so far. Yesterday I was luckily enough to visit the Rockefeller Center (and yes, I felt like a lil’ groupie when I realized my beloved Jimmy Fallon could be in this same building right at the same time as me!) and climb all the way up to the 70th floor for a different perspective on New York. I made a lot of pictures – of course – but I haven’t found the time yet to edit them all. That’s why I’m sharing one of my faves with you already in this new NYC Diaries post. Hope you like it! 🙂
So what did I do yesterday? After having a very nice breakfast at The Standard Hotel, my mom and I went to Time Square. We strolled around, made pretty pictures and had a quick stop at the famous Magnolia Bakery (they’re dubble fudge brownie is delish!). After that, we did a bit of shopping at Forever 21 and MAC Cosmetics and headed towards the Rockefeller Center for the famous Top of the Rock view. We also grabbed a bite to eat there, but we had to hurry: at 7 PM we had tickets for the musical Wicked. I’m not a real musical kind of gal, but I have to say – I LOVED IT! It was a great show and the players were so talented! Anyways, I’m getting very sleepy now, so I’m going to sign off. See you tomorrow in a new NYC Diaries blogpost!
