Although weather hasn't been great in The Netherlands, I still had the possibility to shoot a couple of cute Summer-y outfits. One of my favorite playsuits at the moment is this beautiful white one I got a while back. It's so feminine and elegant, I've literally been living in this thing! I like to wear bohemian inspired outfits during the Summer and this playsuit matches that style perfectly. Together with a bush of roses, I feel like these photos turned out really dreamy and Summer proof!
These dreamy pictures made me think of something personal. I would never describe myself as a dreamer. I'm more of an overthinker. I consider them to be pretty similar, but there are differences. Dreamers dream of a certain scenario, while overthinkers think of ALL the scenarios possible in their certain situation (and all their consequences as well...).
I feel like dreamers like to get stuck in their dream, while overthinkers are more realistic. That's me. I'm not saying having dreams is bad, but being unrealistic is. To describe it in a better way, I will use one of my favorite songs of Jack Johnson: don't let your dreams be dreams.
Anways, the lace playsuit I'm wearing is from Zaful if you're wondering. I feel like the lace and the chiffon look so soft and dreamy. I decided to pair it with one of my prettiest pairs of shoes, my Alexander Wang Aliz Sandals. I adore their grey color and I think it's a nice color combination together with the white playsuit. They're just a bit less harsh than black or brown shoes. And they're really comfy.
I added a fedora to make this outfit look even more bohemian inspired than it already did. I also added my two favorite necklaces ever: this black choker from Ebay (it cost me only €2!) and this pretty droplet necklace from Brandy Melville. I love layering different necklaces, it looks so cute!
