How are you doing guys? This week I’m planning to post way more fashion related blogposts (yay!). So let’s start with a good old ootd. I wore this outfit during this summer, so you can say that this is actually my last summery outfit (but shhh, don’t tell). The reason why I’m showing you it anyway (despite the fact it’s cold as fuck outside), is that I really like how the pictures turned out and that I think that it’s still wearable during the fall (you can always throw a leather jacket with some fake fur over it or pair it with some ankle booties). I wanted to post this outfit waaay earlier, but I just didn’t have the time to do it. And hey, it’s always nice to reminisce (and say, it was all just fun and games) ’bout the summer right? So yeah, if you want to escape the terrible weather outside, this outfit of the day is definitely for you ;).
Oh damn, I really, really miss summer looking at these pics. I wish I could wear this outfit right now (instead of the huge sweater I’m chilling in atm). I’m wearing these jeans from Pull & Bear. They’re mom jeans and I ripped them myself. I’ve actually worn these jeans a lot, but I haven’t featured them a lot on my blog. I need to wear the fuck out of them, before it’s really too cold to wear destroyed denim, haha!
For shoes, I’m wearing these black heels from New Look. I think they look nice with the mom jeans. The contrast between the casual jeans and the classy heels make this outfit combination unique. And these heels are also freaking comfortable! I’ve worn them loads this summer. I’m so glad that I bought them!
The eye catcher of this outfit is this freaking awesome bag from H&M. C’mon, a lippy bag, how cool is that? When I saw it in the store, I knew I HAD to get it. Pretty funny story, but me and my bestie were always fantasising about our appartment if we would ever live together. We dreamed of a sofa/couch that looked like a big pair of lips, exactly like this bag. This bag reminded me so much of that sofa, so I knew I had to buy it. And of course, I had to pair the red lippy bag with a red lip ;).
Of course, I’m wearing my daily armcandy. I’m also rocking earrings from F21, River Island & H&M, but you can’t see them because of my hair (as always).
I’m also wearing these two necklaces from Brandy Melville. I love how the two crystals look together. Because the top that I’m wearing is really plain at the front, I had to pair it with some necklaces to spice things up. I think they add a very boho/relaxed vibe to the outfit.
The front of this top is really simple, but the back makes it still a special top. I love open back tops, because I think they’re the perfect item to wear during the summer. I got this one from Brandy Melville. It’s made from a really heavy cotton material, so it has a nice, flowy movement to it, if you know what I mean.
That’s it for today’s blogpost! I’m not gonna talk any longer, because I have a shitload of homework to do and my alarmclock for tomorrow is set at 6.45… My exams are coming (dramatic voice), so I have to study, study and study. The subjects I need to study for are really difficult, so I have a lot of work to do. Wish me luck guys!
