What’s up guys? I hope everything is fine with you all! At the moment I’m travelling back from Thessaloniki to my home in Groningen. Because I pre-planned this post, I have no idea how my trip to Greece was, but I’m guessing it was a-ma-zing, haha (if you wanna know for sure, check out my Twitter & Instagram). I can’t wait to show you the footage that I made (I’m going to make an awesome vlog!) and to show you all the outfits that I wore during this trip. Exciting stuff! Anyways, today I have a really cool outfit of the day for you as well, containing my new scuba skirt and freaking cool cat. Is there anything more awesome than that? I don’t think so!
Let’s start with the coat I’m wearing. I got it previous winter actually, but I haven’t really worn it that much this winter. Such a shame, because I still think it’s very cool! It has the ultimate teddy bear vibe going on in my opinion and I got it from H&M. I’m also wearing a sweater from Primark that I got previous winter. I think the cut of the sweater goes perfectly with the scuba skirt that I’m wearing. It’s not too tight and it’s not too baggy!
Yeah, me and the cat have the same pose. We totally did that on purpose, of course. Haha. Anyways, the eye catcher of this outfit is definitely the scuba skirt that I’m wearing. You have no idea how long I’ve been looking for the right scuba skirt. Most of them looked very weird on my petite body shape. When I saw this skirt in the sale for only €9 at Choies I wanted to give it a go. And it’s freaking perfect! I think the whole scuba trend is very daring, yet if it’s paired nicely, it looks incredible.
I added some extra layers to make this outfit a bit more appropriate for this pre-Spring weather. I threw on some thights + over the knee socks together with this grid scarf from Monki. I love the combination of light beige, black, dark brown and grey together. They are all neutrals, so it’s okay to mix and match them!
Another eye catching thing of this outfit: my amazing shoes from Alexander Wang. They are the Alexander Wang Gabi Booties with rose gold and I love them to death (and till death haha). I think they are the prettiest shoes ever made and they make me very happy everytime I wear them.
That’s it for this week’s ootd. Expect a lot of Spring-y outfit of the days coming up from now on. For me, Spring has definitely sprung and I hope I made a lot of beautiful ootd photos in Greece. By the way, I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but I decided to start ‘naming’ my OOTDs as well. I’ve always numbered all of my OOTDs, but I’ve never given them a name. I think it creates a kind of distance, so that’s why I’ve decided to start giving my outfits awesome names, haha! Hope you like it :). So yeah, I don’t have anything else to say. I hope you all have a very good day and I will talk to you later in a new blogpost!
WHAT’S YOUR OPINION ON THE WHOLE ‘SCUBA’ TREND?
