Hi!
Spring is on my mind, that’s for sure. I can’t wait to start wearing ripped jeans, cute shorts and cool croptops without freezing to death. So although it’s still a bit too cold for bare legs and short sleeves, today I’m going to show you an outfit that is perfect for this kind of weather. It’s warm enough to keep you cosy, but without the ‘bulky’ Winter-y vibe if you know what I mean. This outfit is also very minimal or minimalistic. I’ve been really into this style lately and as I’m becoming older, I feel like minimal fashion looks better on me. Minimal outfits aren’t boring though! If you want proof, well, keep reading. 😉
See, I told you so! This outfit is far from boring, despite the minimal style that I’m rocking. So what am I wearing? My leather jacket is from H&M. I love wearing leather jackets in the Spring time, because they still keep you warm, without being too hot. And they are also water proof, which is always a plus in Holland ;).
I kept this outfit quite simple, so I with a white tee from Bershka and my ripped mom jeans from Pull & Bear. Mom jeans were a big trend previous Spring, but I’m sure they are hot this Spring as well!
To add a bit more warmth to my outfit, I wore my grid scarf from Monki. Scarfs are definitely not something that you can only wear in the Fall & Winter. They’re the perfect piece for those chilly Spring days if you don’t want to wear a thick Winter coat!
White sneaks & pretty flowers. I love that shit. Definitely gets me in the Spring mood! I’m wearing my Adidas Superstars II. I think white sneakers are perfect for the Spring and especially these babies from Adidas. They’re the comfiest sneakers I’ve ever worn (yup, even comfier than my Nike Janoskis, sorry guys!) and they look so nice with every minimal outfit.
So fluffeh I want to die! Haha, just kidding, but this fluffy key chain pompom from Ebay is too fluffy <3. I want to cuddle with it all the time haha! I added it as a decoration to my Primark bag and I think they look amazing together. I feel like it makes this bag look even more expensive than it already does (still can’t believe I got it for only €13!). Oh and I also still obsessed with this nail art that I made. Definitely going to repeat this one with white nailpolish in the summer! My sunglasses are from River Island by the way.
I love the effect of the different textures of this outfit: cotton, denim, wool & leather, awesome combo!
Jewellery wise I’m rocking some vintage inspired knuckle rings from Primark & Brandy Melville. I also wore my simple golden ear studs from Brandy Melville. Dainty jewellery is the best jewellery if you want to keep your outfit minimal.

I had a great day shooting this outfit and I hope I will be able to shoot again very soon with Iris! And of course, whenever you’re in the neighbourhood (Groningen), I’m always in for some shooting time :). Anyways, that’s it for today. At the moment I’m travelling to Amsterdam, because I’m going to be a model for Mary Josie‘s make-up class, so excited!
