OUTFIT OF THE DAY | SLEEVELESS SWEATER This may sound weird, but one of the hottest trends at the moment are sleeveless things. Sleeveless trenchcoats, sleeveless blazers and now also sleeveless sweaters are a musthave in your closet for this early Fall fashion. And I must say, I think the fashion industry is making a great choice: sleeveless sweaters are bae! They’re perfect for those early Fall days, but they can be also layered with a long sleeve underneath, so they will keep you extra warm during colder days (+ more layers = more awesome). In this outfit I’m combining a sleeveless trench with a sleeveless sweater, so you can call this outfit of the day a sleeveless overload, haha!

Well, if this outfit isn’t perf for the early Fall weather, I don’t know what is! I decided to play with different layers and textures, without overheating myself. I decided to pair this sleeveless trenchcoat from Bershka (that I’ve been wearing way too much btw) with a sleeveless sweater from Primark. I think it turned out very cool, especially because the tones look so good together. The sweater is a bit short though, so if you’re any taller than me, you’ll not be able to pull it off wearing it like a dress. It’s longer in the back by the way, but just to be sure I added a black skirt from H&M underneath it. Not taking any risks here ;).

Unfortunately the grey colour fades super quickly, but luckily I do like the colour I have ‘under’ it. I bleached my hair completely and coloured my roots a bit darker. Now that the grey is fading, I end up with a pretty cool platinum blonde colour. Got to love it as well!

I love how they look together. Pairing over the knee socks can be pretty tricky. I feel like a lot of shoes look weird with them, but these simple booties look like perfection with them!

OUTFIT OF THE DAY | SLEEVELESS SWEATERSo what do you think of this Early Fall outfit? Early Fall is definitely my favourite kind of weather. You can play around with layering, while still be able to go outside with pretty bare legs or arms. I hope early Fall weather is going to stay here for a while. Not so sure about that, ’cause the weather in Holland turns crappy very quickly… Ugh, could I just live in a country with perfect weather all the time please? By the way, my birthday is also right around the corner… I’m turning 21 (!!!!) this Saturday. Damn, feeling so old now, haha!

    This is making me wish we weren’t going into spring here! I am missing my huge waterfall coat already. Fall and winter clothing is just the best thing ever. Loving every outfit post recently.

    I know how you feel about the turning 21 thing! I turned 21 in May. I have to say, I freaked out at turning 20 a bit more because I was no longer a teenager, but every time I get a year older it feels weird. I kind of love it though. Being in your 20’s is far better than being a teenager.

    Yeah 21 is getting old ^-^ *cough cough* Ugh your nails are so perf!! And love the combi of high stockings and a dress/skirt. Want to keep showing them legs, but the wind is cold – I need stockings or legwear of some sort.

    You’re right, it is a little strange that sleeveless trench coats and sweaters are becoming popular as the weather gets cooler but I like it! Love how you simply and elegantly pulled this look together. I’ve kind of been out of it a while but noticed the name change 🙂 Also loving your new banner picture.
