Hey guys! Yesterday I visited the new Primark S/S 2016 collection in Amsterdam. And I have to say, I’m in love with this collection! Although it’s way too cold outside to think of flowy boho blouses and pastel-y colours, secretly I can’t wait till we can wear it again! I also was finally reunited with my blogger babes Kim and Josie. After taking photos and making videos of the whole new collection, we actually sat outside and talked for like an hour about random shit. That’s how much I’ve missed them lol! Me and Josie actually have really exciting plans for the month of May too. Can’t wait to tell you guys about it! <3
Primark’s Spring/Summer 2016 collection contains a lot of bohemian inspired pieces mixed with pastel colours. I love that combination: usually boho inspired pieces are quite vibrant, but this toned down colour palette definitely suits me better. Everything is very flowy, girly and lightweight. Perfect for those hot Summer days (ugh can’t wait for them…).
For me, Primark beauty products are hits or misses. Some products are amazing (lashes & nails), but some of them are horrible, not gonna lie. I’m really excited for their new beauty products though. The packaging looked very cute and I loved this peachy blush. Oh and did you also spotted the fluffy pompoms? <3
Last, but definitely not least are the accessories. I think Primark makes the best fashion and lifestyle accessories. Their shoes are to do for and I love their cute candles too. They’re just super cute, don’t know what else I should say about them! I’m actually burning a vanilla candle in a mason jar at the moment. Yeah, my room smells pretty amazing now. 🙂
So, what do you think of this new collection? I have to say, I think Primark did a great job again. I really loved the showroom too – wouldn’t mind to live here, haha. Today I’m actually going to have a girls night in with my two besties Emma and Shkar. We actually never did this before (yeah shame on us), so I’m excited af. Think of popcorn, horror films and tooo much gossip. Yup, can’t wait!
