FOOD | Chocolate Oat Drink
January has been a hell of a month for me. I was so busy with studying and stressing for my exams, I barely had the time to worry about other stuff. Such as my health, fitness and food pattern. And oh that thing called social life too. Anyways, now that my exams are finally over, I can start living a normal life again – kind of at least. Although this wasn’t a real new year’s resolution for me or something, I want to start getting fit again. Now it’s the perfect time to start if you want that perfect Summer body (I personally feel like ‘the perfect Summer body’ is more a myth than a true story lol) and this time I want to really achieve it. I don’t believe in diets, but I do believe in healthier choices. I’m not that type of person that needs something sweet from time to time. I’m not going to restrict myself, but instead, I’ll choose the healthier option.
