I feel like one of the trendiest pieces at the moment is the leopard coat. I totally understand why. I mean, wearing a leopard coat makes you feel like that cool it-girl in an instant. In my opinion, it's also a great transition piece from Winter into Spring. Spring in the Netherlands can start off pretty cold, so it's always nice to have a nice Winter coat that can be worn in the Spring time as well. A leopard coat is fun and bright enough to wear during the Spring (without, of course, losing my minimal/neutral aesthetic, haha), while it will also keep you cosy and warm. Coffee is always a good idea.
So I really wanted to create a cool and edgy outfit of the day with this coat that was still very wearable too. I channelled my inner rock chic when I was styling it. I paired the leopard coat with a vintage band tee from Riders On The Storm from The Doors (love that song!) I got in a thrift store in Rotterdam. If you're still looking for a good band tee: skip the regular shops and go thrifting! I promise you, the vintage ones have the best prints and fits. Because the vintage tee and the leopard coat are pretty out there, I decided to keep the rest of this outfit simple. I added a pair of mom jeans, a simple black bootie and one of my beloved Alexander Wang bags. I would love to know what you think of this outfit. Personally, I think it turned out great, especially now that we're getting into Spring!
